Health Unit Receives Accreditation

The Northwestern Health Unit says its the first one in the North to be accredited by the Ontario Council on Community Health Accreditation.
The Health Unit showed of its newly minted certificate on Friday.
Alex Berry was the team lead for the accreditation process and says it took about three years to complete.
Berry says of the 36-Health Units across the province, only 14 are currently accredited.
