Healthy Christmas Baking Tips

Provincial Government Dietitians at Eat Right Ontario are out with a list of healthy cooking tips for this Christmas.
They want you to consider those people living with diabetes when baking cookies and treats.
Use lower-fat milk products like light sour cream and firm yoghurt in recipes.
You can also replace white flour with the more healthy option of whole wheat.
Smaller portions are another way to enjoy tasty foods in moderation.
