It will be hot and smoky across much if Northwestern Ontario Monday.
Heat and air quality warnings have been issued by Environment Canada.
You are asked to closely watch for the symptoms of heat illness including dizziness, fainting, vomiting, rapid breathing and heartbeat as well as extreme thirst.
The region may also be blanketed by smoke from wild fires in British Columbia and Alberta.
You may experience symptoms such as increased coughing, throat irritation, headaches or shortness of breath.
Children, seniors and those with cardiovascular or lung disease, such as asthma are especially at risk.
