Heavy Rain Leads to High Water Levels

Water levels on Lac Seul are at their highest level in years.
The Lake of the Woods Control Board says they are closely monitoring the situation.
Spokesperson Rick Walden says water levels have reached the flood reserve zone and are nearing the maximum limit.
Walden says they are now attempting to control levels by increasing outflows on Lac Seul.
However, that has resulted in high levels on the English River system and Packwash Lake.
