Heavy Rainfall Warning In Effect

A heavy rainfall warning is in effect across the region but better weather is on the way.
CKDR Meterologist Bill Laidlaw says a low pressure system is bringing rain and thunderstorms today.
Laidlaw notes the rain will taper off tonight but notes it will likely take two days to dry up.
Laidlaw says the weather will get nice by mid week.
Some areas could see up to an inch of rain.
