Hefty Fine for Buchanan

Buchanan Forest Products in Thunder Bay has been fined $3,500 after
pleading guilty to disposing waste on Crown Land.
Court heard that between December 2000 and May 2005, the Company left
treated timber, bridge decking, cloths, chains and used oil filters on
Government property.
Buchanan has cleaned up the waste.
