Hells Angels Clubhouse Shut Down

A Hells Angels clubhouse in Thunder Bay has been shut down by police.
The seizure comes under the Ontario Civil Remedies Act, which allows
the government to seize, freeze or order the forfeiture of proceeds of
crime.
Victims of the unlawful activity can then make a claim for
compensation.
The act has been used all over the province to shut down crack houses,
seize marijuana grow-ops and seize 1-million dollars in cash.
