It’s playoff time in Norwossa high school hockey. In Boys play the Red Lake rams will meet the Fort Frances Muskies in the 1 vs 4 showdown. That series kicks off Saturday in Fort with game 2 in Red Lake on Monday. Game 3 if necessary will be Tuesday in Fort. The Dryden Eagles will take on the Kenora Broncos in the 2 vs 3 matchup with Kenora having home-ice advantage. The series starts Friday in Kenora at 8:30 p.m. Game 2 will be back in Dryden on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Game 3 if necessary will be Tuesday at 4:30 in Kenora.
In girls play the Dryden Eagles face the Fort Frances Muskies. Game 1 is in Dryden at 8:00 p.m. Game 2 shifts to Fort Frances for at 2:45. Game 3 if necessary is back in Dryden Tuesday at 6:30p.
CKDR will have Boys action Friday and Girls action Sunday. The other girls series will feature a battle of Kenora as Thomas Aquinas faces the Beaver Brae Broncos.
