Highway 17 blocked

Traffic is moving once again along the trans canada east of Ignace.
Around 4AM, a transport lost control & spilled its load blocking both the east & west bound lanes.
The cargo was determined to be dangerous goods but non-threatening allowing the cleanup to begin just after 9.
1 lane has been re-opened to traffic & OPP hope to have everything back to normal late this afternoon.
