Highway 17 Twinning Not A High Priority Right Now

The twinning of Highway 17 is not high on priority list of Ontario’s new Premier.
Kathleen Wynne says the Ministry of Transportation does have plans in place to twinning the highway but it’s a matter of priority.
She says it’s a matter of available funds and the availability of the MTO to tackle the project.
