Highway Update

Traffic on Highway 17 and 502 is again flowing.
Police were forced to close a section of 17 west of English River this morning due to multiple motor vehicle collisions.
The road was shutdown for nearly 2 hours.
No details have been released on the number of vehicles involved and injuries.
However, Police say Highway 17 is now open both ways.
And Highway 502 to Fort Frances is now open.
The road was closed early yesterday evening after several transports got stuck at various points of the road thanks to the big snow storm.
No injuries have been reported.
