Hockey Northwestern Ontario says its won’t require players and coaches to be vaccinated for COVID before stepping onto the ice this year.
A policy put in place last year isn’t being carried over into this hockey season.
H-N-O says hockey programs will still have to follow public health, municipal and facilities policies.
It also encourages participants to consider getting vaccinated.
