Although he didn’t walk away with a million dollars, Dryden’s Duane
Martens captured the first hole in one competition.
Martens put it 30-feet from the hole during Sunday’s final at
Eagles Landing to win the event.
Dustin Hayunga and Rob Schaffer rounded out the top 3.
The Dryden Kinettes hosted the event and all money raised goes to the
local Red Cross branch.
Unofficially, $15,000 was raised.
No one won the million dollars however Greg Thatcher and Byron McQuarry had aces during the round-robin.
