Most of the board of the Dryden Regional Health Center remains intact.
Vanessa Simpson and Brian Callewaert were both re-elected as Chair and Vice Chair respectively for a second year.
The board will have one new director.
Olga Benjamin has been appointed to a three year term.
She replaces long time director and past board chair Sandra Boyko.
