The Dryden Regional Health Centre will not be taking part in a survey done by CBC and the Fifth Estate.
Hospitals across the country will have the opportunity to participate in the study, which focuses on hospital performance and patient services such as parking.
Hospital CEO Wade Petranik says the board is worried that the information they provide, may be used in a negative manner.
Petranik says they have nothing to hide but notes board members are concerned that some of the data may be misconstrued and won’t take into account the pressures northern and rural hospitals face.
Petranik adds that a majority of the information they would provide is already accessible through government websites.
