Hospital Lab Receives Re-Accreditation

A major accomplishment for the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
The hospital lab has survived a lengthy and strict accreditation assessment.
Brian Patterson is the Director of Clinical Laboratory Services and Infection Control and he says the re-accreditation reaffirms they have great strategies in place.
Patterson notes there is room for improvement but it shows that they are delivering high quality and safe laboratory services.
The hospital lab team scored an impressive 97.2% in the accreditation.
They had to meet 500-standards.
