A hot dog allergy alert is happening across Canada.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a warning about Maple Lodge Farm chicken dogs, certain Zabiha Halal wieners because of an undeclared pea protein.
The items were sold at Freshco’s, Walmart, Sobeys, Loblaw locations, and Metros across Canada.
Recalled items should be thrown out or returned to the location where they were purchased
