Hot Goalie Cools Eagle Offense

It was the best game of the year for the Dryden Eagle Girls,
unfortunately it was a career day for Kenora Goalie Amanda Kowalik.
Kowalik stopped 49-shots to give the Kenora Broncos a 2-1 overtime win
in Game 1 of the Best of 3 Semi-Final Thursday.
Lindsay Agnew scored the winner just over 9-minutes into the extra
frame.
Dryden Coach Brad Bartlett says his club stuck to the game-plan, played a great game and deserved a better fate.
Bartlett says he is confident his club will bounce
Kylee Engstrom had Dryden’s lone goal.
Game 2 is Sunday afternoon in Dryden.
