They say we have a short growing season. That might be a good thing considering what Diana Schmidt’s garden was looking like…..2 weeks ago!!
Diana, who lives in Ignace, sent us this picture and says she’s ‘been gardening for many years and have never seen my peas climb up my house like this!’
Snap peas usually 4 feet tall are 8 feet high. Diana says she’ll need a ladder to pick them!
No word on if Jack from the Beanstalk is around to help.
