Howard Hampton is expected to make it official in Thunder Bay Friday morning, that he’ll be looking to run for the NDP in the next federal election in the riding of Kenora.
It doesn’t appear as if Hampton is hiding his intentions either.

The former provincial NDP leader has been the special advisor to party leader Thomas Mulcair on the Ring of Fire.
The announcement will be made official at 9:30.
