The Federal election results this week could be foreshadowing things to come in Ontario.
The Provincial election will take place this Fall and Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton believes the McGuinty Liberals are in trouble.
The NDP member says he spent a number of days on the campaign trail and says there’s a lot of dissatisfaction, especially in the North, with the Provincial Liberal Government.
Hampton believes the Liberals will be hard-pressed to win any seats in Northern Ontario in the upcoming Provincial election.
Hampton says he is heartened by the performance of the NDP nationally in the Federal election and says that bodes well for the party in the upcoming Provincial vote.
