Howey and Balmer in Red Lake Lose Liquor License

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission has suspended the liquor license of
the Howey Bay Motel and the Balmer Hotel in Red Lake.
The Commission says the Howey Bay will be dry from February 18th to
March 8th for permitting a patron to remove liquor from the premises and for
permitting drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
The Balmer will lose its licence from March 4th to March 16th for
permitting drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Both cases were heard by the Commission on Februray 1st.
The suspensions stem from a number of incidents last year.
