NDP Leader Howard Hampton is conducting some damage control today
after his Deputy Leader indicated the NDP does not support a Liberal plan
to let Northern Ontario keep its 11 seats in the next Provincial Election.
Hampton says he will enlighten Marilyn Churley as to what the party
policy is.
