HST Rebates Coming Soon

Revenue Canada will be mailing H-S-T rebates to 6.6 million
Ontario residents this week.
It’s to help with the 13% harmonized sales tax that takes
effect on July 1st.
N-D-P Leader Andrea Horwath says Premier McGuinty is
trying to bribe people with their own money.
But Horwath says people realize the rebates are a one-time
payment, while the tax is permanent.
