A pair of Southern Ontario men have been fined a total of $3,000
for discharging their firearms in a roadway near Red Lake.
Court heard that last October, the Madoc residents were travelling on
Dixie Lake Road West from Highway 105 when they saw a bull moose.
The men got out of their truck and shot the moose.
In addition to their fines, their Ontario hunting privileges have
been suspended until they complete the hunting education course.
