Hydrant flushing is now underway in the City of Dryden.
Public Works says the exercise is expected to last about six weeks.
If you notice your water is murky or brown, you are asked to leave the cold tap running until the water runs clean.
Officials say this is sediment off the bottom of the pipes due to flushing.
