The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are headed home with six points and a share of first place in the SIJHL.
The Dogs received a complete team effort in a 6-2 victory in Thief River Falls Sunday.
Braeden Allkins led the attack with two goals and an assist.
Derek McPhail, Nic Noseworthy, Jacen Bracko and Woody Galbraith added singles.
Dryden GM outshot the Norskies 32-28 and killed ten out of eleven powerplays.
The Ice Dogs scored three powerplay goals of their own.
The Norskies ruined Patrick Zubick’s shutout bid with a goal with 3:09 left to play.
The Ice Dogs are back in action Tuesday against the Miners in Red Lake.
