The perfect gift has been delivered to Dryden Ice Dogs fans, a first
place showing to end 2007.
The Dogs secured top spot on home ice Wednesday night with a convincing 5-2
win over the Fort Frances Junior Sabres.
Dryden dominated the high tempo game from start to finish.
Chris Kitt led the way with a pair of goals, while Colin MacIntosh,
Levi Cifra and Darren Turner added singles.
The spirited contest also featured several fights in the closing
minutes.
Dryden currently sits 6-points up on the second place North Stars, with
2-games remaining for Fort William.
