Ice Dogs Drop First 2 Exhibition Games

It was a rough weekend for the Dryden Ice Dogs as they kicked off the exhibition season in the SIJHL.
The Fort William First Nation North Stars swept the weekend series, winning 7-1 Sunday on top of Saturday’s 8-3 win.
Scoring for Dryden, Sean Bassingthwaite notched 2 while Liam Walker and Austin Heile added singles.
Both games were played in Thunder Bay and the two teams will tangle again this Friday and Saturday in Dryden.
