The Dryden GM Ice Dogs hit the road for their first overnight trip of the season.
The Ice Dogs are in Hoyt Lakes for a two game series against Minnesota.
Dryden GM is 3-0 against the Iron Rangers, out-scoring them 19-6.
The Dogs are five points clear of the third place Iron Rangers.
Meantime, the English River Miners look to bounce back from a Thursday loss as they welcome Thunder Bay.
It’s been an even series between the two teams as both have picked up three victories.
English River is only one point ahead of the North Stars in the SIJHL standings.
Both games start at 7 o’clock.
