Ice Dogs Honour Top Players

The Dryden Ice Dogs honoured their best over the weekend at the annual Awards banquet.
Local player Jared Stratford was one of the big winners.
Stratford received the Coachs award as well as top local player.
Stratford says it was an honour to be recognized.
He was also among 9 players who reflected on the end to a junior hockey career.
Stratford says it was great to play at home and notes he couldn’t ask for much more.
Goalie Eric Szymczyk also took home two major awards; Playoff and Team MVP.
The CKDR Community Service award went to captain Jesse Linner.
