It was NOT the outcome the Dryden Ice Dogs had wanted, as they dropped their 7th straight game against the K&A Golden Hawks in SIJHL action tonight, losing 2-1.
The Dogs drew first blood, with Jamie Davis notching is 1st ever SIJHL goal at 6:53 of the 1st period with assists going to Blair Oversby and Kyle Schroeder.
The Hawks came back in the 2nd with a goal at 7:42 from Basil Goodchild, followed by their game winner at 5:13 of the third from Matthew Ayott on the power play.
