The Dryden GM Ice Dogs have been forced to give up their two points earned in a shootout win over Thunder Bay last Friday.
The SIJHL says the Ice Dogs had 3-newly acquired players in the line-up, but they weren’t cleared to play by Hockey Northwestern Ontario.
The league says Dryden GM fully cooperated with their investigation and the move was a mistake.
However, the Ice Dogs have forfeited the game.
