Blair Oversby opened scoring for the Dogs at 7:03 of the first period, and the Bulldogs retaliated at 11:31 with Mike Marguerite notching the Bulldog’s lone marker.
Unanswered 2nd period goals for the Ice Dogs included:
Matt Tryuba at 5:00;
Merlyn Smith at 8:13;
and Shawn Newman at 9:13.
Merlyn Smith added one more for the Dogs at 11:07 of the 3rd period.
