Ice Dogs Out Score Wilderness In Wisconsin

Ryan Salazar and Jarrett Day both scored their first SIJHL goals to power the Dryden Ice Dogs past the Wisconsin Wilderness 7-5 Wednesday night.
The scrappy Wilderness refused to give up as they responded three separate times in the first period following Dryden goals.
The Ice Dogs pulled away in the second and third period with 2-goals in each period.
Chris Sitko and Jonah Coonishish-Coon each scored a pair of markers.
Derek McPhail also found the back of the net.
Terry Hughes stopped 46-shots to pick up the win.
The victory snapped a four game slide for the Ice Dogs.
Dryden now has a week off before their next game on Wednesday against the Wilderness on home ice.
