First place in the SIJHL is on the line this weekend.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs face the Thief River Falls Norskies for a key two game series in the States.
Dryden GM has won the past four games played against the Norskies, including back-to-back shutouts the last time the Dogs were in Thief River Falls.
Game time Friday and Saturday is 7:00pm and CKDR will have the call.
Meantime, the English River Miners continue their three game road trip.
They are in Fort Frances to battle the Lakers at 7:30.
