Ice Dogs Ready for Game 1

Game day is finally here!
The Dryden Ice Dogs are on the ice at 1:30 central against the 6th ranked Oakville Blades.
The Blades won the OPJHL Championship in 5 games over the Markham Waxers and finished the regular season with a 39-6-4 record, for 82 points.
On paper, the two teams are similar.
Dryden finished the season with 240 goals and 149 against, while Oakville ended the campaign with 222 goals for and 139 against.
The Dogs skated at 7:00 central this morning and are ready for game 1 of the Dudley Hewitt Cup.
