The Dryden GM Ice Dogs rebounded from a 4-2 loss Friday in a big way.
The Dogs receieved a complete team effort in a convincing 8-1 win over Thunder Bay Saturday night.
Eight different players scored for Dryden GM including Kent Walchuck, Blake Berg, Jonathan Philley, Drew Walske, Blake Peavey, Derek McPhail, Jonathan Scott and Dylan Cusmano.
Bradley Belisle ruined Tate Sproxton’s shutout bid with three minutes left to play.
The Ice Dogs also received some help as Minnesota fell to Fort Frances.
Dryden GM is only two points behind third and four points back of second.
