Ice Dogs Stay Alive.

It will go the distance as the Dryden Ice Dogs scored a 3-1 win over the Schreiber Diesels on the road to stay alive in their best of 7 SIJHL semi-final series. Marlon Gardner scored twice and Ryan Helbling added a single for Dryden who held off a late charge by the Diesels. Graeme Harrington was stellar between the pipes for the win. Game 7 will go at the Dryden Memorial Arena Wednesday night at 7:30. CKDR will have the call with the pre-game show at 7:15 p.m. In the quest for the dudley Hewitt Cup the NOJHL and OPJHL finals are set. The Oakville Blades will meet the Markham Waxers in the OPJHL while the Abitibi Eskimos will face the Sudbury Jr. Wolves in The NOJHL.
