The Dryden GM Ice Dogs pulled out a gritty win on the road Saturday night in Thief River Falls.
Nic Noseworthy scored with 1.4 seconds left in the third to tie the game and Braedyn Aubin and Derek McPhail scored in the shootout to give the Ice Dogs a 5-4 victory.
Dryden GM was up 3-1 in the third thanks to goals from Sam Marit, Mark Sanchez and Braedyn Aubin, but the Norskies scored three straight goals to take the lead.
Patrick Zubick picked up the win.
The Norskies outshot the Ice Dogs 32-28.
Dryden GM remains two points back of first place Thunder Bay after the North Stars beat Minnesota 4-0.
The Ice Dogs wrap up their three game U.S. Road trip Sunday at 5:00.
