The Dryden Ice Dogs couldn’t hold on to a 5-3 third period lead, dropping a 6-5 decision in Schreiber Thursday night.
It was looking good for the Ice Dogs before Colin Wise changed things with 2-goals in the final 14-minutes, including the winner with 3-and-a-half minutes left in the game.
Kevin Burton and Tristain Allain each had a pair of goals, while Spencer Gyori added a single.
Sonny Albert suffered the loss, making 34-saves.
Dryden is back on the ice Friday and Saturday against the Thunder Bay Bearcats.
CKDR will have both games starting at 6:15 central.
