Ice Dogs Sweep Wolverines

The brooms were out at the Dryden Memorial Arena on the weekend.
The Ice Dogs swept the K&A Wolverines 6-5 and 5-2 in SIJHL action.
Sunday, Kyle Heck led the attack with a pair of goals in the 3-goal victory.
Spencer Gyori, David Goebel and Andrew Hanson also found the back of the net.
Curtis Barker picked up the win.
On Saturday, the Dryden Ice Dogs outlasted the Wolverines 6-5.
Justin Lightfoot was the hero, scoring late in the final frame.
Kevin Burton scored a pair of goals, while Jon Mitchell, Chad Liley and Mark MacDonald added singles.
Peter Emery recorded the victory.
