The Dryden Ice Dogs now have a 4 point lead atop the SIJHL standings after a 3-2 win over the Fort Frances Jr. Sabres on the road Friday night. It was a tight checking affair that was 1-0 after 2 when Kevin Burton scored for the Ice Dogs. Dryden would stretch their lead to 2 goals twice off the stick of Marlon Gardner but The Sabres kept responding to keep the game close. Graeme Harrington got the win between the pipes. Dryden and Fort will finish off their season series tonight at 7:30 p.m. CKDR will have the call with the pregame show beginning at 7:15 p.m.
