Ice Dogs Win 9th Consecutive Game

The Dryden Ice Dogs showed no mercy on both ends of the ice, skating away with a 8-0 victory over the Fort Frances Lakers Tuesday night in Fort.
Garret Nystedt says a perfect penalty kill and a 3-4 powerplay didn’t hurt their cause.
Chad Liley led the onslaught with a pair of goals, while Kevin Burton, Mike Lennon, Brendan Church, Tanner Harms, Jon Mitchell and Kyle Heck added singles.
Peter Emery picked up 27-saves for the shutout.
Dryden has now won 9 straight games and is tied with the Fort William North Stars for first place in the SIJHL.
