The Nuclear Waste Management Organization Learn More Centre in Ignace is ready to officially re-open its doors to the public.
The facility has been closed for several months due to COVID restrictions.
The Centre is holding a welcome-back event Wednesday from 11:00 am until 6 pm.
The building has been redesigned with new displays including a large 3D model of a deep geological repository.
Staff will be on hand to discuss important topics including transportation, geoscience, and the environment.
There will also be a free community barbeque.
The Centre is located at 304 Main Street.
