Ignace continues to pick up the pieces in the aftermath
of a violent wind storm Tuesday.
The town applied for emergency funding from the Ministry
of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and officials paid a
visit to the community.
Mayor Lionel Cloutier says they will be receiving word
shortly on their application.
Cloutier adds he’s ready to lift the state of emergency
order.
