Illinois Man Speaks Out About Treatment at Border

Another American is speaking out about being denied entry into Canada at the Fort Frances border crossing.
Ed Pokorski says he was excited about a trip to Temple Bay Lodge near Dryden, when he was humiliate at the border by being told he couldn’t cross due to a charge dating back to the 1980’s.
He says the Agent’s wouldn’t give him information on who he could call and they wouldn’t help him with directions so he could make travel plans back home.
Pokorski says all he had to do was community service following his charge and notes he was able to cross the border on other occasions following that time.
He says he will never return to Canada.
