Impaired Driving Charge

A local man has been charged after City Police were advised of a possible impaired driver on the weekend.
Police say the accused was arrested in a parking lot on Highway 17.
The man was charged with impaired and having open liquor in his vehicle.
He will appear in Court on March 1st.
