Dryden Police are charging a Sioux Lookout man after he was stopped by police in Highway 17.
Police say they stopped Leslie Burgoyne when they saw him traveling significantly higher than the posted limit.
Burgoyne was then arrested for driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.
Once at the station Burgoyne refused to take a breath test.
He is being charged with failing to provide a breath sample.
