Provincial Police have laid charges following a single vehicle crash just west of Dryden.
A transport left Highway 17 near the 2 Mile Corner around 5 o’clock Monday afternoon.
A number of goods were spilled into the ditch including paint cans, resulting in a lengthy clean up.
OPP say Harpreet Singh Sidhu of Lasalle, Quebec has been charged with failing to provide a breath sample, impaired driving and driving while suspended.
He’s due in court on September 23rd.
